Everest Refrigeration EDA2
The EDA2 is a two section glass door dry aging / thawing refrigerator from Everest Refrigeration. This unit is equipped with a heavy duty stainless steel exterior as well as PFOA free ceramic coated aluminum interior walls which enhance the meat maturation process. Two swing doors with double glass panes ensures proper insulation on this unit and shielded LED interior lighting provides excellent visibility within the EDA2. With 50 cubic feet of space and 8 stainless steel shelves, this unit offers plentiful space for your meats.
This unit has a bottom mounted refrigeration system and an oversized condenser with ECM fans which provide superior air flow and even temperature distribution throughout the cabinet. Environmentally friendly R290 refrigerant is used for this units refrigeration system and provides optimal cooling benefits. A multi-function digital controller with an easy to read LED display allows for precise temperature control with adjustable temps from 33°F to 54°F.
The EDA2 operates on 115 volts, 60 hertz, 1 phase at 7 amps for 2/3 hp and comes pre-wired and ready with a NEMA 5-15P plug. This unit stands on four 5″ high swivel casters with locks on the front set and includes leg stabilizers for added support.
